YogaFamily (ages 2-102)

Using the power of yoga, storytelling and your imagination, you'll will embark on a yoga-inspired, magical adventure each week. Children get their wiggles out, connect with caregiver and themselves, increase self-awareness and mindfulness, build strength and confidence, socialize and have fun (approx. ages 2-102). This event is every Saturday, come and play with us!


Cost: $12 covers one child and their favorite grown up
