Ingredients
- 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk
- 6 walnuts
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 large apple (I used fuji)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon ground flax
- 1 teaspoon maca powder
Directions
- If time allows, soak your walnuts in the almond milk overnight and then proceed in the morning. (Soaking your nuts allows for easier digestion and absorption into your body.) If not, raw or toasted is fine.
- Add a handful of spinach or kale for a boost of green goodness.
- Sprinkle with some cinnamon, your favorite granola, and/or some apple or pear slices for dipping.
- Add all of your ingredients into a high speed blender, and give it a whirl.
