This is a nice and healthy snack and/or dessert for kids of all ages. Plus, it's fun and easy to make! You can turn your child's favorite fruits and juice's into awesome and yummy fun. Plus, if you have as picky an eater as me, then you'll enjoy watching them dig in to these guys.

  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
  • 3/4 cup strawberries, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups of fruit punch or 100 percent white-grape juice
*This recipe will give you about 8 Popsicle's.
**Remember that you don't have to use the same fruits as me! Substitute to your hearts content and create cool new pops for your kids to enjoy.

1. Combine fruit in a mixing bowl and arrange the mixture into eight 3-ounce Popsicle molds.

2. Pour enough juice into each mold to just cover fruit.
